Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sugar or liquid sweetener
  • 300 g rice pudding
  • 1 liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

very quick and easy

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and then pour into a casserole dish. Bake the casserole at 200°C (400°F) for about 45 minutes using top and bottom heat. It can be eaten warm with applesauce or cold as a cake.
