Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g brown rice
- salt water
- 4 large mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn
- 170 g shrimp or small North Sea crabs
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Rice pan with mushrooms, onions, egg, corn and shrimp
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash and slice the mushrooms, and slice the onions. Crack the eggs into a cup and whisk lightly. Wash the crabs, peel if necessary, and pat dry. Fry each ingredient separately in a pan with olive oil (mushrooms, onions, corn, crab/shrimp). Scramble the beaten eggs. Mix everything in a bowl and add the cooked rice. Season to taste with finely chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
