Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 3 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread)
  • 100 g turkey breast, cooked, sliced
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • Salt
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the egg and tomato. Wash, drain, and cut the lettuce into strips. Mix the cream cheese with the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the lettuce strips. Spread two slices of whole-wheat bread evenly with the cream cheese mix, turkey breast, tomato slices, and egg slices, then season with salt and pepper. Stack two slices of bread on top, then place the unbuttered slice on top. Cut the sandwich in half and serve. Variation: Depending on your preference, you can also top the sandwich with tuna, cheese, or poultry sausage.
