Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g rice
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- 250 g feta cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Garlic granules
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Chop the vegetables and feta cheese as desired. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Heat a little oil in a pan. Briefly fry the onion and garlic, then add the vegetables and cook until al dente. Add the tomatoes last. Add the tomato paste, followed by the cream and cream cheese. Then add the cooked rice and mix everything together. Finally, add the feta cheese and tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic granules, if desired.
