Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g rice, cooked, still warm
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp potato flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • e.g. sunflower oil
  • e.g. sesame oil
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • e.g. mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Gluten-free burgers

Mix the rice well with soy sauce and potato flour. Form it into 4 small flatbreads (buns). Moisten your hands with sesame oil. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Remove from the pan and fry the eggs in the pan until fried. Heat sesame oil in a second pan and fry the buns until browned on both sides. Place the cheese, lettuce, eggs, bacon, and mayonnaise between the buns.
