Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g rice, Japanese
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp mirin
- 1 ½ tbsp sake
- 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp, sifted sesame seeds
- 1 stalk of spring onion(s)
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. garlic granules
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic granules, if desired. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar to the ground beef and evaporate the liquid over medium-high heat. Crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook the egg mixture over low-medium heat until set, then cut into strips. Thinly slice the spring onion. Add the spring onion rings, egg, and rice to the ground beef and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
