Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 90 g rice
- 200 g corn
- 200 g tuna
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 50 g quark (low-fat quark)
- Milk
- Herbs and spices
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice and let it cool. Mix it with the corn and tuna. Thin the crème fraîche, low-fat curd cheese, a little milk, and herbs and spices, if desired, and stir into the salad.
