Rice – corn – tuna – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 bag of rice of your choice
  • ½ pack of cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick, tasty salad, something different.

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, open the can of tuna and drain. Then do the same with the corn. Place both in a bowl. Now add half a package of cream cheese and mayonnaise or salad dressing, if desired. Add the rice and season with salt and pepper. This recipe was spontaneously concocted from leftovers and is also great to take to school or work.
