  • The rice diet also means that you avoid salt and drink a lot, preferably water and herbal tea.
  • With this fat-free and low-calorie diet, you will really lose weight in the long run, and you will see the first successes on the scales quite quickly. Effects of an unbalanced diet on health

The rice diet brings quick results but also carries risks. That is why you should only follow the strict form of the rice diet, if at all, as a motivation for long-term weight loss through healthy eating.

  • The rice diet consists almost exclusively of rice, i.e. carbohydrates. This carries the risk of nutrient and vitamin deficiencies.
  • Protein is only supplied to the body in small amounts. However, the body needs protein for certain metabolic processes, such as regulating cell division. In addition, the muscles are broken down by protein deficiency.
