Rice – eggs – salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 gherkins
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 small jar of good quality mayonnaise
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 4 sprigs of chives
  • curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice, rinse with cold water, and drain well. Hard-boil the eggs and peel them. Pour hot water over the tomatoes, peel off the skins, then cut them into pieces and discard the liquid. Dice the eggs, gherkins, tomatoes, and ham. Season everything with the mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chives, and spices. Use more curry powder than salt and pepper.
