The perfect rice from steamer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Long grain rice
  • 1 Paprika
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 40 g Butter
  1. 1) Put rice, diced peppers and broth in a shallow container
  1. 2) Slide into the steamer and select the Vita steam cooking program
  1. 3) Cook at 96 ° C for approx. 45 minutes (middle rack)
  1. The photo shows black Thai rice, where I added water instead of broth and left out the peppers
