Rice from Steamer
The perfect rice from steamer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Long grain rice
- 1 Paprika
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 40 g Butter
- 1) Put rice, diced peppers and broth in a shallow container
- 2) Slide into the steamer and select the Vita steam cooking program
- 3) Cook at 96 ° C for approx. 45 minutes (middle rack)
- The photo shows black Thai rice, where I added water instead of broth and left out the peppers
