Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 150 ml water, maybe a little more
- 2 tbsp Basmati
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions

Wash and peel the vegetables, removing any unsightly parts and green parts. Wash everything again. Place in a pot, add water, and rice. Cook in the pot for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour everything (including the cooking water) into a tall container and puree. Add a little more water if needed. Stir in the oil. The finished porridge will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
