Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and fast

Peel and dice the onion, and sauté it in a little oil (I always do this in the pressure cooker). Cut the pork schnitzel and smoked belly into strips and add them, then fry them briefly. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry. Peel and dice the carrots. Slice and wash the leek. Add both to the pot. Add the raw rice, stock cube, and water. Mix everything well. Now put the pressure cooker lid on. Once the lid has come to pressure and is sealed, cook the rice and meat over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the dish stand for 5 minutes. Rinse the pot with cold water before opening.
