To prepare the dish, you will need a shallow pan and a large, deep pan. First, slice the small sausages and chorizo and fry them in the shallow pan along with the bacon cubes. While the sausage slices are frying, finely dice the onions and garlic. Also cut the peppers and tomatoes into small pieces. Set the fried sausage and bacon mixture aside for a moment. Next, heat the oil in the large pan, add the onion and sauté briefly. Add the peppers and garlic and fry. After 2 minutes, add the rice and peas and fry briefly. Now add a pinch of turmeric and stir in the tomato paste and a few dashes of Tabasco. Next, pour in the stock. Mix everything well and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid and is cooked. If the broth evaporates too quickly, add a little more broth. Now add the diced tomatoes, chorizo, sliced sausage, and bacon to the pan. Garnish with a few grated Parmesan cheeses. Finally, season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, and paprika, and your delicious, colorful rice dish with vegetables, chorizo, bacon, and sausage is ready.
