delicious leftovers

Wash the rice and bring to a boil with twice the amount of water and a little salt. In a separate pan, fry the finely chopped onions in a little oil and add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste and gradually add the other ingredients (I really like to use up leftovers here; I add whatever comes to mind). Examples: ham, canned corn, peas, mushrooms, bell peppers, sausages, zucchini, carrots, ginger, etc. Finally, season with a little soy sauce, add the rice, and fry in the pan for another 2-3 minutes.
