Patties with carrots, kohlrabi and zucchini

Sauté the rice in butter for about 5 minutes, then cook with the water and a little salt until tender. Meanwhile, peel and finely grate the carrots and kohlrabi. Wash and finely chop the zucchini and chives. Make a batter with beaten eggs, flour, rice, vegetables, and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the patties until golden brown and crispy. We like to serve this with quark, which I season with chives, garlic, salt, and pepper.
