Raspberry dressing

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 50 ml vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed mustard, grainy
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • n. B. sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for leaf salads

Puree the vinegar, apple juice, and raspberries in a blender. Mix in the oil and season with the spices. We don’t like it too sweet, so we use only a little sugar. It creates a wonderful candy color and tastes especially good with leaf salads. It keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks, so we always have a small supply in the house.
