Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g rice (raw weight)
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 80 g celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 box of cress
  • 20 g vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • curry
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the rice in the vegetable broth. Trim, wash, and finely grate the vegetables. Combine the cooked rice with the grated vegetables, eggs, quark, and cress, and season with spices. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the mixture until patties form.
