Ingredients

  • 450 g Cooked rice from the previous day or 150 g uncooked rice
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 120 g Sheep cheese, roughly crumbled
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Fluff the cold rice and mix it with the other ingredients. Shape the mixture into eight cookies with your hands and fry in the heated oil in a pan over medium to high heat for 5 minutes. Then turn and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Fits as a side dish or vegetarian main course. Salad or a tomato and yogurt dip tastes good with it. The sheep cheese can also be omitted without replacement.
