Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Rice pudding according to the basic recipe, cooled
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat, for molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare rice pudding according to the basic recipe. Rinse the strawberries (if necessary), halve them, and sprinkle with sugar. Whisk the cream and egg together and mix into the rice. Divide the rice pudding among six greased ramekins or cups. Sprinkle the rice with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Place the ramekins in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-8 minutes. Turn on the grill and place the ramekins on the top rack. Caramelize the sugar under the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Serve the rice pudding with strawberries.
