Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice pudding
- 500 ml milk, 3.8%
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
the classic is refined with beaten egg
Bring the milk, rice pudding, split vanilla pod, and salt to a boil, then let it swell on low heat for about 30 minutes. Beat the sugar and egg until thick and creamy. Stir into the rice pudding and bring to a boil.
