versatile recipe

Bring 3/4 liter of milk to a boil. Stir in the rice pudding and 2 tablespoons of sugar and simmer for about 30 minutes. Sort and wash the fresh blueberries. Mix the pudding mix with the remaining sugar and 1/8 liter of milk. Stir the mixed pudding mix into the rice pudding and let the rice pudding sit for 5-10 minutes. Stir in the remaining milk and the blueberries and warm briefly in the rice pudding. Tip: Instead of the berries, you can also use apple slices; pour the rice into a casserole dish, top with apples, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
