Simple nori soup with tofu garnish

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nori sheet, approx. 3 g
  • 100 g tofu, natural
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable stock powder or some stock cubes
  • n. B. spring onion(s)
  • 2 small mushrooms
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, small tsp
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

quick, vegan

Cut the nori sheet into approximately 0.5-1 cm squares. Cut the tofu into equal-sized cubes. Thinly slice the mushrooms and spring onions. Place the nori sheet in cold water and let it soak for a while. (I know you’re supposed to do this with seaweed, but I copied it.) Heat the nori cubes, add the stock powder or cubes, and then heat the tofu cubes. When the soup is hot, add the fresh ingredients and reduce the heat to low. Finally, add sesame seeds and season the soup with soy sauce. It doesn’t look delicious, but give it a try.
