- 1 liter meat broth
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- lots of chives and/or parsley

Knead flour, egg, and salt into a smooth pasta dough and stir it into the gently simmering meat broth. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
