Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 4 bags of rice
  • 2 ½ liters of broth
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and trim the vegetables. Cook the rice. Meanwhile, boil the broth and add the vegetables. Season with paprika, chili powder, and pepper. Finally, add the rice and simmer for 30 minutes.
