Rice with Asparagus, Mango & Honey!
The perfect rice with asparagus, mango & honey! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 3 Cup Salted water
- 1 Pc. Fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Caramelize:
- 2 tablespoon Acacia honey
for roasting + rounding off.
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 6 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 3 Pc. Asparagus spears
- Salt flavored
- Chilli from the mill
Asparagus:
- Peel the asparagus or buy peeled asparagus, then cut diagonally.
Mango and lemon juice:
- Separate the mango along the core. Score cubes with the knife. Cut off the peel. Sprinkle with lemon juice right away.
Rice & Asparagus:
- Wash rice, cook in salted water for 12 minutes. Now add the asparagus and cook for another 8 minutes, then drain. Briefly put off.
Please only the green one:
- Wash the spring onions, cut into small pieces.
- Put the honey in the pan, when it starts to run, add the mango to the pan briefly. Add spring onion, rice, asparagus + chilli, let steep.
- Arrange in rings to taste!
