Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • n. B. Mangold
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Argentinian style

Dice the onion and fry it in a small pot with oil until golden brown. Then add the rice and stir well until the rice is oily and shiny. Add the finely chopped chard along with 2 to 2 1/2 cups of water, season with salt, and cook over low heat with the lid closed until the water has completely evaporated.
