Rice with Frozen Vegetables
The perfect rice with frozen vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Frozen broccoli
- 75 g Frozen red peppers
- 50 g Cooked long grain top rice
- 2 tbsp Frozen peas
- 2 tbsp Frozen corn
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Salt and pepper
- Heat some oil in a pan. Then add the frozen vegetables and cooked rice. Heat for about 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve afterwards.
