Rice with Frozen Vegetables

The perfect rice with frozen vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Frozen broccoli
  • 75 g Frozen red peppers
  • 50 g Cooked long grain top rice
  • 2 tbsp Frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp Frozen corn
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt and pepper
  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Then add the frozen vegetables and cooked rice. Heat for about 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve afterwards.
