Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bowl of mushrooms
- 2 bags of rice
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
- some oregano
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil
- 2 spring onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple, vegetarian
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Peel and slice the mushrooms. Slice the spring onions. Add a little olive oil to a pan and lightly fry the spring onions. Add the mushrooms, parsley, oregano, and basil. Deglaze with a little water, if desired. Quarter the tomatoes and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the tomatoes briefly and stir. Serve the rice on plates, then arrange the mushrooms and tomatoes on top of the rice.
