Rice with Pumpkin and Herbs (vegan)

The perfect rice with pumpkin and herbs (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Pointed long grain rice
  • 125 g Frozen pumpkin cubes
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt pepper
  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions. Thaw the pumpkin cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the rice and pumpkin in it for about 5 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the herbs and serve.
