Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them together with the sugar. Stir in the seeds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the seeds to gel.
  • It is better to let it steep overnight. Store in the refrigerator and use up relatively quickly.
