Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 2 cans of sardines
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Heat the canned vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onions, and fry them in oil. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes, add them to the onions, and fry for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, add the sardines to the vegetables, and heat gently. Season to taste. Combine the hot rice and canned vegetables in a bowl and mix with the sardines and vegetables from the pan.
