Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g wild rice mix
- 1 large broccoli
- 150 g smoked salmon
- some lemon juice
- 50 g cream cheese with chives
- e.g. herbs (dill, chives, etc.)
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook rice according to package instructions. Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Cut salmon into strips. Combine rice, broccoli, and salmon, season with lemon juice, salt (carefully), and pepper, and stir in cream cheese.
