Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 125 g rice

Remove the stems completely from the mushrooms. Then, using a teaspoon, fill the mushrooms with the herb cream cheese. You can use the entire package. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and then place them in the oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) using top and bottom heat. Then, heat the rice in a small pot in a bain-marie. Once the rice and mushrooms are cooked, serve them together on a plate.
