a delicious light dessert with sweet quark and refreshing sour kiwi puree

Place the low-fat quark, yogurt, and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk briefly until smooth. Add sugar, if desired, and season with vanilla extract. Stir well again and refrigerate. Peel and dice the kiwis. Place the sugar and kiwi cubes in a tall measuring jug and blend into a mousse using a hand blender. Season to taste, as the kiwi adds a refreshing acidity to the dessert. Pour the cream into a small glass and pour the finished mousse onto the cream. Return the glass to the refrigerator. Add the almonds and sugar to a pan. If you like, you can also add Amaretto. Caramelize the sugar over medium heat. Place the almonds on baking paper and let cool. Finally, sprinkle the chopped caramelized almonds over the dessert.
