Ricotta, Grape and Pepper Dip
The perfect ricotta, grape and pepper dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ricotta
- 12 small Seedless grapes
- 1 Baby peppers
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Barbecue mix. alternatively paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the spring onion into rings. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Pluck the basil into small pieces. Cut the grapes into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together. Let rest for 1 hour.
- I had toasted white bread with it.
