Ricotta, Grape and Pepper Dip

The perfect ricotta, grape and pepper dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 12 small Seedless grapes
  • 1 Baby peppers
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Barbecue mix. alternatively paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the spring onion into rings. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Pluck the basil into small pieces. Cut the grapes into small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Let rest for 1 hour.
  3. I had toasted white bread with it.
