Ricotta, Pepper and Almond Dip
The perfect ricotta, pepper and almond dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ricotta
- 2 tablespoon Almonds
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chopped rocket
- 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- 0,5 Red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- 5 Cut the bell pepper into strips and fry in the pan with the almonds over medium heat. The bell peppers should be soft and can take on some color.
- Puree with the garlic clove and olive oil and add to the ricotta. Mix well.
- Dice half a pepper. Add to the ricotta with the onion and rocket. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
