Ricotta, Pepper and Almond Dip

The perfect ricotta, pepper and almond dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped rocket
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • 0,5 Red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  1. 5 Cut the bell pepper into strips and fry in the pan with the almonds over medium heat. The bell peppers should be soft and can take on some color.
  2. Puree with the garlic clove and olive oil and add to the ricotta. Mix well.
  3. Dice half a pepper. Add to the ricotta with the onion and rocket. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
  4. I had rolls with lamb’s lettuce with it.
