Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 750 g pork mince
  • 750 g minced beef
  • 6 large onions, diced
  • 10 gherkins, diced
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • ½ bottle of tomato ketchup
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 2 cans of soup (oxtail soup)
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the meat and add the onions. Chop the other ingredients and add them. Cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
