Rigatoni with salmon and broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g rigatoni
  • 500 g broccoli, florets
  • 400 g salmon
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the rigatoni in plenty of salted water. Add the broccoli florets for the last 5 minutes and cook. Meanwhile, combine the cream and cream cheese in a bowl and heat gently in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cut the salmon into strips, stir in, and cook in the sauce. Add the rigatoni and broccoli and mix well. Season generously with salt and pepper. Heat briefly over low heat. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve in portions on four plates.
