Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or minced beef
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 meat sausage
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 onion(s)
  • butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Brown the minced meat in hot fat, add the finely chopped onion, and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the tomato paste with the minced meat and fry briefly in the pan. Deglaze with stock and simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Season with sweet paprika and chili powder, if desired. Chop the sausage into small pieces and fry in melted butter. Add the peas and heat until hot. Serve the minced meat, peas, and sausage with the rice.
