Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast, sliced
- 30 g sauce powder (curry sauce)
- 300 ml milk
- 1 can fruit (fruit salad), drained
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
- 400 g rice
Instructions

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, brown the shredded chicken in hot oil and season with salt and pepper. Then, in a saucepan, combine the sauce mix with the milk, bring to a boil, and simmer for two minutes. Mix with the meat and fruit salad and heat through again. Serve on plates with the rice and serve immediately.
