Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh beef / pork minced meat
  • 1 Egg free range
  • 1 Old Bun
  • 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs TK
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Broccoli fresh
  • 30 g Butter
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 4 Salt potatoes

Instructions

  • Mix the minced meat (from the butcher of course) with the associated ingredients (see photo or according to your own preference). Soak the rolls beforehand. Form meatballs out of the mince and fry all over. Spread a sauce out of the roast. Deglaze with a little wine / water and thicken with a sauce thickener.
  • Divide the broccoli into small florets, cook in a little salted water with a little grated nutmeg for about 10 minutes. Add butter and stew a little more in it. Taste!
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water, quarter them and toss in the frying fat of the meatballs.
  • Bon appetit!
