Lamb Kofte with Tabbouleh

Ingredients
 

Tabbouleh

  • 250 g Bulgur
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 4 Spring onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Lamb kofte

  • 750 g Lamb minced meat
  • 60 g Bulgur
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the bulgur in water and let it soak for a good 1 hour. For the tabbouleh, dice all the ingredients and season with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the drained bulgur and mix. For the Köfte, grind the meat (or buy it ready-made) and process it with all the other ingredients to a homogeneous mass. Fry the Köfte all over on the grill or pan. There was also a yogurt dip (10% seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and coriander)
