Roast beef salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g roast beef, cut into strips OR:
  • 1 rump steak(s), medium cooked
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp horseradish, grated
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), red, finely diced
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the roast beef or rump steak into strips. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and fold in the strips. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
