Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g poultry, fried, cut into small pieces
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 120 g sour cream (sour cream)
- 2 anchovies from the jar, soaked, finely chopped or
- Anchovy paste, 10 cm
- 3 cloves garlic, ground with salt to a puree
- 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dashes Balsamic vinegar, white
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- Salt
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
From leftovers of goose, duck, turkey, chicken
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Fold in the chicken. Season with salt and Tabasco. Let stand for about half an hour.
