Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g poultry, fried, cut into small pieces
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 120 g sour cream (sour cream)
  • 2 anchovies from the jar, soaked, finely chopped or
  • Anchovy paste, 10 cm
  • 3 cloves garlic, ground with salt to a puree
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashes Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

From leftovers of goose, duck, turkey, chicken

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Fold in the chicken. Season with salt and Tabasco. Let stand for about half an hour.
