Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Wrong beef fillet or roll
  • 3 Medium onion
  • 2 Large carrots
  • 1 Fresh ginger
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Parsley root
  • 500 ml Red wine
  • 200 ml Port wine
  • Some soy sauce
  • Powdered sugar, salt, pepper
  • 50 g Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 L Chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Tend the beef in soy sauce about 30 min. marinate. Heat 50 g ghee in a casserole, sear the beef on all sides, add the cleaned and chopped vegetables and brown with them. Mix in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, sprinkle with some powdered sugar and sweat. Then pour red and port wine and some chicken broth over it. Put the lid on and bake in the oven for about 10 hours at 100 degrees.
