Ingredients
- 250 g Sliced chicken, beef, pork as desired
- 2 Onions
- 4 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- 150 ml Sweet cream
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, rapeseed oil
- If necessary some sauce thickener
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onions, then sweat them in hot oil, briefly fry the sliced meat, season with salt, pepper and mix with 2 tablespoons of mustard. Put aside. In the same pan, bring the remaining 2 tablespoons of mustard with cream and vegetable stock to the boil, add meat and onions, add parsley and chives, season with paprika, salt and pepper, add a little sauce thickener if necessary, simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Serve with rice etc. garnish with chives and parsley.
