Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Sliced ​​chicken, beef, pork as desired
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • 150 ml Sweet cream
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, rapeseed oil
  • If necessary some sauce thickener

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onions, then sweat them in hot oil, briefly fry the sliced ​​meat, season with salt, pepper and mix with 2 tablespoons of mustard. Put aside. In the same pan, bring the remaining 2 tablespoons of mustard with cream and vegetable stock to the boil, add meat and onions, add parsley and chives, season with paprika, salt and pepper, add a little sauce thickener if necessary, simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Serve with rice etc. garnish with chives and parsley.
