Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can/n apricot(s) , (425 ml)
- 1 jar mushrooms (370 ml)
- 400 g roast pork, cooked in one piece
- 125 g whipped cream
- ¼ liter vegetable broth, instant
- 100 g cream cheese spread
- 125g Camembert(s)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drain the apricots and mushrooms. Slice the apricots into wedges. Roughly dice the meat and Camembert. Bring the cream and broth to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese and Camembert and melt, then season with salt and pepper. Place the mushrooms, apricots, and meat in a greased casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with rice or baguette.
