Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • ¼ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the flour, eggs, and salt. Gradually add the water. The dough should be smooth and not too stiff. Continue kneading with the dough hook of the mixer or a wooden spoon until the dough bubbles. Pour the dough into a spaetzle cutter and scrape it into boiling water. When the spaetzle float to the surface, remove it with a slotted spoon and let it drain.
