Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- oregano
- rosemary
- pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
For two people, I used a chicken weighing about 900g. Wash the chicken inside and out and pat dry. Tie the thighs together to prevent them from drying out during roasting. Chop the garlic and mix it with the remaining spices, then rub it all over the chicken. Place it in an ovenproof dish and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes. Turn the chicken over halfway through and finish roasting. Halve the chicken and serve with a green salad or just bread.
